Hi, I'm Adam Woroniec, a Data Engineer based in Spokane, WA. For nine years I've built and optimized data pipelines, administered production SQL Servers, and worked with teams across the manufacturing and logistics industries to turn source system data into something people can actually make decisions with.

My work spans the full data lifecycle: ETL development, data modeling, database administration, and visualization. I specialize in Microsoft SQL Server across both data warehouse and production environments, and I hold an MCSE in Data Management and Analytics.

I care about the parts of this job that don't show up in a job description: data that's governed properly, pipelines that fail loudly instead of quietly, and models that match how the business actually thinks about its work.

When I'm not working with data, you'll find me training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, hunting upland birds with my wirehaired griffon, or fly fishing small streams.
